Miss Pritchard has over a decade of experience in the classroom here specifically at Castroville Elementary for 4 years I've taught fifth fourth second verse and now second again she has got this ball of energy and positivity it's just a real Joy to the interpreters classroom and speed the love of learning that she inspires with her children he makes me feel happy when I come into her class every morning he's really kind and when we had problems she helps us I love being a teacher it's a lot like being a mom which is also one of my favorite jobs I feel Joy everyday with my kids they make me so happy there they love to learn and their little they're seven and eight and they're excited about life and I want to be one of the reasons they're excited to come to school and she is very very intentional and showcasing highlighting the positive but her kiddos do in the classroom which then allows her to work with some of those Deltas that they need and help fill this Gap because she's built this relationship so well I am really competitive so I love that feeling when and that's what it is every day with this group of kids they love to find out new things they was to learn new things they love to accomplish new things and it's so exciting to watch them I feel like the kids love that she is compassionate and she does have knowledge base that she is willing to share and she is so Fierce and protecting her students as well as having high expectations and I think they like to rise to that challenge for her and be successful for her I think it's successful teacher just somebody that build a relationship with her kids and not just for those few weeks that they're in my classroom few months there with me I stick with them for life and they stick with me they make an imprint on my heart and I've just always known this is where I'm supposed to be she is just for an awesome and dad is why Miss Pritchard has earned the title of the 2024 elementary teacher of the year
